FAQs

  • A: Currently, I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum in Texas and Aetna and Cigna in Colorado. If you have one of these plans, your sessions may be covered according to your specific benefits and deductible requirements.

Out-of-Network Options: If you have a different insurance provider, I can provide Superbills upon request. Superbills contain all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, though coverage varies by plan.

Private Pay: Services are also available as private pay at a rate of $150/session for those who prefer not to use insurance or want complete privacy.

Important Note: I work with Alma, a third-party billing service, to handle insurance verification and claims submission. This streamlines the process and ensures accurate billing. I recommend verifying your mental health benefits before our first session, including copay amounts, deductible requirements, and any pre-authorization needs.
